At Crystals.com, we take great pride in the care, attention, and integrity behind every piece we offer. Each crystal is one-of-a-kind—hand-selected, thoughtfully photographed, and carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely and as described.

We encourage you to shop with intention, knowing you are bringing something truly unique into your space.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the one-of-a-kind and fragile nature of our pieces, we do not accept returns for refunds, including returns based on buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or personal preference.

All crystals are individually photographed and described in detail so you can make an informed and confident decision prior to purchase.

In rare cases, we may consider an exception for store credit or exchange only, at our discretion. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

If an exception is approved, the following conditions apply:

  • A 20% restocking fee

  • All original and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer

  • Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

 

Store credit may be applied toward a future purchase and does not expire.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your cart carefully before completing checkout.

 

Damaged or Lost Items

We take every precaution to protect your purchase; however, issues can occasionally occur during transit. For this reason, we strongly recommend keeping Route Package Protection added at checkout. Route provides coverage in the event of loss, theft, or damage.

If Route protection is removed, we are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or damaged packages.

For damaged items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and the crystal so we can assist you.
